Job summary

Crewe Sharp is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to support Residential Aged Care Facilities across the region. Join a trusted agency offering flexible shifts and meaningful work.

We provide weekly payroll, a starter bonus, easy-to-use shift app, and dedicated branch support to help you succeed. Minimum 6 months aged care, Certificate III, police checks, and a valid licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid experience in aged care.
• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent.
• Valid National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Record and communicate care needs to the team.
• Follow care plans and documentation via the app.
