Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a energetic Merchandiser to represent our brands in-store across the Clarkson area. Casual role with Wednesday to Friday schedule (12-18 hours per week), with potential extra hours during peak times. You will travel between grocery outlets, build displays, secure shelf space and collaborate with store managers.

Must have unrestricted driver's licence and own vehicle. Applicants should live locally and enjoy independent, on-the-road work.

Qualifications

Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
Have a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
Hands-on approach; comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
Live within the local area and enjoy working independently on the road.
Be organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
Build displays, secure space and drive in-store execution.
Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Follow a weekly plan with potential extra hours during peak periods.
Take ownership of your day, backed by support from your Territory Sales Manager.
