The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Optical Sales Assistant to join us across two of our beautiful stroes, Rhodes and Macquarie.

This is a fantastic role that can be full-time or part‑time.

• Guide customers through our curated collections, helping them find frames that match their personality, face shape, and lifestyle.
• Confidently explain lens technology and product benefits, making the complex feel simple and exciting.
• Keep our store looking like a high‑end gallery. You’ll ensure the environment is visually stunning, welcoming, and organised.
• Support both our clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless flow from the eye test chair to the final fitting.
• From the first “hello” to the final collection, you’ll deliver a warm, personalised service that keeps our community coming back.
