Job summary

Toll Recruit, on behalf of Toll Group, is seeking casual on-call HC and MC drivers in Northmead, Sydney. The role involves delivering bulk palletised beverage freight across the Sydney metropolitan area in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).

You'll be rostered on weekdays with no guaranteed shifts, with day and afternoon starts from 3:00 am or 3:00 pm. Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, with hourly pay commencing at AUD 49.41 and up to AUD 60.43 plus overtime penalties.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence with a minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience.
• Experience operating Tautliner trucks.
• Experience with opening/closing of vehicles that have gates, straps and curtains.
• Confidence reversing semi-trailers and/or B-doubles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk palletised beverage freight around the Sydney metropolitan area
• Operate single or double trailers (paid for what you drive)
• Opening and closing of vehicles that have gates, straps and curtains
• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions
• Ensure correct, secure and safe loading of vehicles (driver is not required to load/unload)
• Complete and supply mandatory run sheet information in the format required
• Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
• Comply with all WHS regulations and driving hour legislation
