Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a casual Sales Support Officer to operate in the Canberra North area, representing major brands with a Wednesday to Friday schedule. You will collaborate with Woolworths, Coles, K-mart, Big W and Chemist Warehouse to display, stock, and promote products, ensuring compliant displays and accurate ticketing.

The role is field-based, active, and requires a driver’s licence and ability to lift stock.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Role requires you to be physically fit and able to lift and move stock.
• Strong communication skills for in-store relationships.
• Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and ensure shelves are stocked, rotated, and visible.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays (Point of Sale) per national guidelines.
• Ensure planograms are followed for shelf layouts.
• Provide timely feedback to Head Office on territory activities and opportunities.
