Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Casual Merchandiser/Sales Support Officer in the Sunshine Coast area. The role focuses on in-store product presentation, stock management and promotional displays, with a Wednesday–Friday schedule and active field duties.

You will work closely with Woolworths, Coles and other partners, travel locally, and use your organisational skills to ensure optimal shelf visibility and compliant executions. A valid driver’s license and working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Mobility: valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and stock handling.
• Effective communication with in-store contacts.
• Organised, proactive problem-solver able to work independently.
• Hold full, unrestricted Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products, ensuring shelves are stocked and visible.
• Activate and assemble promotional displays in line with national agreements.
• Manage shelf layouts and ensure compliance with planograms.
• Provide timely feedback to Head Office on activity and opportunities.
