Gidget Foundation Australia is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join Gidget House, Sydney. You will be the first contact for clients and clinicians, delivering a welcoming service and coordinating appointments with care coordinators and clinicians.

This role involves handling calls, intake paperwork, telehealth and onsite scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with compassionate, patient-centred care within a not-for-profit setting.

Formación

• Experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or front-of-house roles.
• Knowledge of practice management systems such as CareRight, Nookal or Cliniko.
• Understanding of referral pathways, Medicare-funded services, or healthcare administration processes.
• Excellent client service, communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, clinicians and community members.
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for all enquiries at Gidget Foundation Australia.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and general enquiries.
• Support clinicians and operational teams with day-to-day administrative duties and appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records and support telehealth and onsite appointments.
