Repco in Geelong is seeking a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) to assist customers in-store, by phone, and online. The role requires flexibility across days including weekends, with occasional deliveries and a preferred driver’s licence.

You will focus on safety, deliver genuine service, maintain showroom standards, process stock, and contribute to a positive team culture. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current driver’s licence preferred for occasional deliveries.
• No prior industry knowledge required.
