Job summary

Resthaven Incorporated seeks compassionate Home Support Workers to assist elderly clients across the Fleurieu region with in-home care, helping them live independently in the home they love.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) is desirable
• Current driver’s licence
• Reliable registered insured vehicle
• Flexible availability Monday - Friday
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry
• Personal care support
• Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings
• Providing companionship and social support
• Monitoring and reporting client wellbeing concerns
