Little Zak's Academy in West Hoxton is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator for a 12-month maternity leave cover. You will deliver tailored learning experiences and work within a collaborative team to support young learners.

You will maintain strong communication with families, monitor program effectiveness, and uphold high health and safety standards. The centre offers mentoring, onboarding, and clear career progression paths.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning experiences for the allocated group of children.
• Collaborate within a supportive teaching team.
• Maintain open communication with parents and families.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
