Job summary

Better Rehab in Australia offers a graduate Occupational Therapist role focused on community-based therapy for NDIS participants aged 6–65. You’ll conduct meaningful assessments, design practical therapy plans and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team in homes, clinics and community spaces.

You will join a structured Graduate Program with induction, 1:1 supervision, six months of training, a $2500 PD allowance and essential gear (laptop, phone, therapy kits), plus travel support

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
• Passion for supporting people with disability
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
