Job summary

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare / Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
• Strong assessment skills and understanding of SDS.
• Ability to integrate and cultivate links within the team and across services.
• Knowledge of Adult Support and Protection and carers legislation would be desirable.
