Job summary

Central Coast Council invites applications for a Casual Early Childhood Teacher to support our Education and Care Centres. You will cover planned and unplanned educator absences, delivering quality early learning under the Early Years Learning Framework.

The role requires a Bachelor in ECE, WWCC, and current accreditations; you’ll work across sites, foster strong relationships with children and families, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and ongoing professional development.
• Current accreditation Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk.
• Provisional or Proficient Teacher Accreditation and a valid WWCC.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills in early childhood settings.
• Evidence of required vaccinations prior to commencement.

• Deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's development.
• Implement quality education programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Provide flexible support across education and care centres to cover educator absences.
