Job summary

Guide Healthcare is seeking a physiotherapist to deliver therapy across aged care, home care, and disability settings. You’ll assess, plan and provide evidenced-based treatment, building wellness programs aligned to each resident’s goals. On-site role with a creative, supportive team and opportunities to innovate care delivery.

The role offers flexible hours, potential for full-time or part-time, and a salary range of AUD 80,000–95,000 plus super with CPD allowances and career growth support.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration required for practice.
• National Police Check is mandatory.
• NDIS Worker Check and orientation required.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle needed.
• Vaccinations (COVID-19 and flu) are preferable.
• Full working rights; visa transfer may be considered in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Build a vibrant wellness culture improving resident outcomes
• Deliver Wellness and Reablement Programs within HELF services
• Prescribe and document exercise programs with onsite S&C team
• Establish strong client relationships and provide 1:1 and group therapy
• Document clearly and efficiently; report against HELF KPIs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clinical staff
