Job summary

BlueWave Living is seeking compassionate care assistants for casual and part-time roles in our NSW aged care community. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, meals and mobility, and follow care plans with accuracy.

Applicants should have a Cert III in Aged Care, be prepared for vaccination and police check, and bring strong communication with the care team. We offer flexible shifts, salary packaging benefits, EAP, and opportunities for training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Compassionate individuals with a Cert III in Aged Care.
• Aged care experience preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to assist residents with daily activities (personal care, meals, mobility).
• Strong communication skills to work with our care team.
• Must have: Flu vaccination and Police check (COVID-19 booster preferred).
