Job summary

Australia's Leading Home Care Agency in Caboolture, QLD, seeks a warm, calm Educator to support a 3-year-old from approximately 9am–3pm on a 3-day (or 4-day) schedule with flexible hours.

Role includes local outings, school pickups for older children, and settling everyone back at home. Must understand neurodivergence, follow health and safety protocols, and have driving capability for home duties.

Qualifications

• Provide at least 3 references.
• Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid.
• Have a car and driver's licence.
• Be willing to commit for at least 12 months.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for the 3-year-old.
• Support activities outdoors and local outings.
• Perform school pickup for older children and manage afternoon routines.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety protocols due to immunocompromised family.
