The Fleet Signage Installer specialises in high-impact vehicle signage and branding solutions for some of the largest commercial fleets across Australia. Services encompass the entire process—from concept design to production and installation—ensuring consistent and professional branding for vehicles such as utes, trailers, and trucks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fleet Signage Installer plays a crucial role in managing the visual identity and branding standards across our customers fleets. This position ensures that all vehicles are presented consistently, professionally, and in line with regulatory guidelines.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in graphic design and a strong understanding of products and materials, including the ability to source and select the correct materials for each project.

The ideal applicant will have hands-on experience operating large format printers, cutters, and laminators, along with expertise in print finishing and vehicle graphic installations. Automotive knowledge is also highly regarded.

Additional proficiency in setting up print files and using software such as VersaWorks and RastaLink is essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors and clients to oversee the branding lifecycle, from design and application to maintenance and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety, People, Quality, Schedule delivery, Costs. Visible commitment to peoples’ safety and our customers product quality before production.
• Support and be in constant communication with sales teams to ensure clear customer requirements identified and captured for correct quoting and delivery.
• Proactively grow revenue from fleet signage, working with sales in a structured manner, including client engagement.
• Enforce and work with a clearly defined graphics designing process to ensure a consistent level of quality and timeline for fleet signage.
• Managing, collating and revision controlling all drawings & IP.
• Support the installation sites with third party supply and install management
• Upholding the company values and great culture.
• Adoption of 5S principles (Sort, Set-in-Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) to support the ‘Hiway’.
• Make timely decisions within areas of authority and accountability.
• Optimise and grow revenue from fleet signage.
• Supports and ensures ‘Right First Time’ delivery and service.
• Cost control within area of responsibility including accountability for the Fleetbrand P&L Cost Centre.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary and/or tertiary education qualifications (trade minimum)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Proven experience in graphic design, commercial signage and contractor management.
