Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily courier and freight transport activities, ensuring on-schedule deliveries.
• Oversee vehicle procurement, maintenance and servicing to minimise downtime.
• Advise clients on transport options and rates, ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop transport schedules, routes, and driver assignments to maximise productivity.
• Ensure goods are handled and stored safely per company standards.
• Maintain driver logs and delivery documentation; prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, road transport, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and train drivers and logistics staff to foster accountability.
