Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer excellence? ORIX is seeking a Team Leader – Fleet (Major customer) to support and manage a team of Fleet Specialists, driving performance, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring customer success.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll lead a team of 5–6 Fleet Specialists to deliver high-quality customer service across an assigned portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, mentor, and develop your team, while also collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve customer and business outcomes.
You are a strong communicator and motivator who enjoys coaching teams to perform at their best. With a customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring both strategic and hands-on capabilities.
