Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead day-to-day operations and shape the long-term strategy for Bolton Clarke's fleet across Australia. You will oversee fleet administration, insurance, compliance, supplier relationships and vehicle procurement to support frontline teams.
The role blends office, supplier and site-based activity with interstate travel with close collaboration with operational leaders to improve utilisation, governance and cost outcomes.

Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation and long-term strategic direction of Bolton Clarke's fleet portfolio.
You’ll oversee fleet administration, insurance management, compliance programs, supplier relationships, vehicle procurement and replacement activities while ensuring fleet operations support the needs of frontline teams across Australia.
Working closely with operational leaders, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you’ll identify opportunities to improve utilisation, strengthen governance, enhance driver accountability and deliver best-practice fleet outcomes.
This role offers a blend of office, supplier and site-based activity, with regular engagement across operations and limited interstate travel.
