Geelong Grammar School’s Timbertop campus seeks a proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee all fleet and equipment. You will schedule movements, maintenance, and servicing to support the Timbertop Programme, while maintaining safety, compliance, and efficient operations.
You will manage vehicle bookings, driver duties, and budgets, building strong relationships with Timbertop staff, service providers, and campus partners to ensure reliable transport for students and staff.

Timbertop(approximately 245 students) is a boarding campus for all Year 9 students,locatednear Mt Buller in Victoria's Alps.All teaching staff live on thecampusand students spend the entire year at Timbertop taking part in hiking, recreational and community service activities.
The Timbertop Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all Timbertop fleet and equipment including fleet movements, servicing, and maintenance scheduling. The role is proactive with maintaining strong relationships with our Timbertop staff and service providers and support with vehicle and equipment requirements.
