WesTrac Australia is seeking an Asset Health Manager to lead proactive fleet performance strategies for Caterpillar fleets. You will analyse condition monitoring data, collaborate with customers, technical specialists and operations to drive availability and lifecycle value.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, reliability and customer success, influencing maintenance strategies, identifying risks before they impact production, and delivering executive-level insights on fleet health

Competenze

Experience in Asset Health, Reliability Engineering, condition monitoring or related heavy industry environment.
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and lifecycle maintenance.
Ability to translate data into operational improvements.

Mansioni

Lead WesTrac's Asset Health function to improve equipment availability and lifecycle value.
Analyse condition monitoring, utilisation and performance data to identify trends and mitigate risk.
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to develop asset management plans.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and maximize asset lifecycle.
Lead an oil laboratory to identify anomalies affecting customer fleets.
Develop and coach a high-performing Asset Health team.
Deliver strategic fleet health recommendations and executive-level reporting.
