MECCA Brands is seeking a Flagship Visual Merchandise Specialist to lead VM across our flagship network in Australia, translating creative direction into clear execution and elevating customer experiences across Bourke Street, Chadstone, George Street and future locations.

This role is an individual contributor with broad influence across VM, Retail Leadership, Store Managers and Support Centre teams, focusing on campaigns, activations and experiential retail to strengthen storytelling and

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ Visual Merchandising experience within large-format retail environments, ideally within flagship, premium or destination retail.
• Strong experience delivering campaigns, activations, installations and experiential retail initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset with a strong link between visual storytelling and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM excellence across MECCA's flagship network, ensuring campaigns and activations deliver exceptional customer experiences and compelling retail storytelling.
• Build strong partnerships across Flagship stores, Retail Leadership, VM, Marketing and Creative teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Coach and build capability within flagship VM teams, shaping standards, storytelling and experiential execution.
• Drive operational excellence through standard VM frameworks and clear ways of working for key campaigns and moments.
• Use customer, commercial and operational insights to identify opportunities that elevate engagement and category performance across the network.
