Reporting to the Deputy Manager, the Sales Team Leader role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of daily operations within the Cartier boutique. They are accountable for team performance, actively involved in mentoring new employees, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional client experience before, during, and after a sale.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who will drive operational excellence and elevate our client experience.
Drive team performance, motivation, and engagement, overseeing daily management, training, and coaching of sales staff, and contributing to recruitment and people development strategies.
Ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines, manage client and sales tools, analyze boutique performance, and support the implementation of action plans to achieve sales targets, including inventory participation.
Deliver exceptional client experiences, master sales processes, adapt to client needs, manage negotiations, represent the Maison at client events, achieve sales targets, and cultivate strong client relationships.

3+ years in a Luxury Retail Managerial role
Maturity, personal leadership, and assertiveness.
