Job summary

Rebel Sport Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager (Customer Service Manager) or an ambitious Supervisor to join the flagship rebel Broadway store in Australia. Lead a large team, ensure top-tier customer service, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You’ll work with a supportive leadership group, enjoy a 40-hour week with flexible rostering, and have opportunities for bonuses and staff discounts across Rebel, BCF, Supercheap Auto, and Macpac.

Qualifications

• Retail management/leadership experience.
• Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential and operate smoothly.
• Create a positive, engaging work environment and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Support training, drive floor sales, and achieve metrics.
• Oversee stock control, safety, and security procedures to protect customers and team.
