Bondi Junction Boutique is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to lead its flagship store at Bondi Junction. This hands-on role requires growing a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive commercial results.

You will thrive on coaching on the shop floor, developing staff, and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store, Boutique or Assistant Manager within fashion or premium retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Strong commercial and KPI awareness.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-first approach and passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Create an elevated and memorable customer experience.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, including rostering and reporting.
• Manage stock deliveries, inventory and stock flow.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Build a positive and collaborative store culture.
• Ensure the brand is consistently represented to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement.
