Mineral Resources Limited is seeking Fixed Plant Operators for 2:1 rosters across various Pilbara sites in WA. FIFO from Perth is provided with meals and site camp facilities managed by MinRes. This role offers career progression within a leading mining services provider.

You will operate plant equipment, support shutdowns and work with planning teams to improve reliability while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safety commitment.
• Nationally Recognised Operating tickets - Loader, Skid Steer.
• Current Australian Driver's License.
• Confined Space with Gas Testing.
• Working at Heights.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery - Loaders, Skid Steers and Telehandlers.
• Inspections, hosing and housekeeping.
• Working with trades during shutdowns and breakdowns.
• Working with the Planning Team to assist in plant reliability improvement.
