Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Banquets team, delivering seamless five-star service for a range of events. You will engage guests, support event flow, and maintain high standards of presentation across plated, buffet, and cocktail services.

With RSA certification, flexibility for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences at our luxury property on Sydney's waterfront.

Formación

• Experience in a high-end or fine dining environment valued.
• RSA certification is required.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support event flow and guest needs during functions.
• Present dishes and beverages with precision across service styles.
