Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking a skilled mobile plant mechanic for our underground hard rock operations in Adelaide. You will service and repair mobile and fixed plant equipment on a 14/14 roster, 12-hour shifts, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will diagnose faults, replace components and identify risks, with opportunities for career progression and access to top-tier camp facilities and benefits. Valid licences and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with underground hard rock mobile plant equipment.
• Relevant trade qualifications; trades background preferred.
• Strong fault finding & diagnostic skills.
• Mechanical and auto electrical knowledge.
• Valid manual drivers licence.
• Able to pass a National Police Check and Pre Employment Medical.
• Positive work ethic aligned with safety culture.

What You'll be Working On

• 14/14 rotating roster/12-hour shifts

Maintain a brand new fleet including:

• Agi trucks
• Cablebolters
• Normet Shotcrete rigs
• Jumbo's
• Loaders
• Toyota Landcruiser's
• IT Carrier's

Your Day-to-Day

• Service and repair mobile and fixed plant equipment;
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards;
• Diagnose faults and replace components;
• Identify and manage risks proactively.

We are looking for

• Proven experience with underground hard rock mobile plant equipment
• Relevant trade qualifications;
• Strong fault finding & diagnostic skills;
• Mechanical and auto electrical knowledge;
• Valid manual drivers licence;
• Able to pass a National Police Check and Pre Employment Medical;
