Job summary

Wagners Industrial Services Pty Ltd – Toowoomba QLD is seeking an experienced Fitter to join our workshop team. The role is full-time, with hourly rate starting at $38.70 p/hr plus Super, allowances and OT.

You will perform routine and unplanned maintenance and fault finding on fixed plant, and operate milling machines, CNC and lathes to repair conveyors and other equipment, while following safety procedures. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Fitting and Turning required or equivalent.
• Experience with fixed plant is highly regarded.
• Must pass medical, drug and alcohol, and police checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and unplanned maintenance and fault finding on fixed plant.
• Operate milling machines, CNC, and lathes to repair conveyors and other fixed plant.
• Follow all safety and site procedures.
• Participate in training and development across multiple skill areas.
