Job summary

Nordon Cylinders in Brisbane is seeking an Assembler / Fitter to join a growing workshop team. You will strip, assess, repair and rebuild hydraulic cylinders, and conduct testing to ensure safety and performance.

The role offers an in-house training program, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive, safety‑driven culture with strong internal progression. Competitive hourly pay is provided weekly.

We’re on the lookout for an Assembler / Fitter to join our growing team. If you're passionate about precision work, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment - we want to hear from you!

You will be working:

6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday
6:00am-12:00pm Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Strip, assess, repair, and rebuild hydraulic cylinders
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure performance and safety
• Machine components to spec where required
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop space
