About the Role

Step into a hands-on, high-energy role within our passionate Equipment Engineering Team, where your work directly contributes to the manufacturing and assembly of our cutting-edge machinery—designed and built in Australia, and deployed across our global sites. Working hours are 6.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday. This is a full-time salaried role with NO overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing and assembly of our automated sharps processing systems
  • Fabricate components for machine servicing and spare parts
  • Perform TIG welding on light and heavy gauge stainless steel
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to bring designs to life
  • Construct final systems from sub-assemblies with precision and care
  • Uphold high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with a team that values innovation, learning, and excellence
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A self-starter with a solid work ethic and a great sense of humour
  • Able to follow procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who thrives both independently and in a team setting
  • Previous experience in a Fitting role (minimum 3+ years preferred)
  • TIG welding certification preferred, or willingness to undertake certification training
  • Trade qualification in Engineering Mechanical, Fitter, or equivalent (Certificate III level preferred but not essential)
  • Australian work rights or valid work visa required
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment with standing for extended periods
