Worthy Engineering is seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our Kalgoorlie team, working on heavy equipment in the workshop and on local sites. Casual or full-time rosters available, with FIFO options.

Qualifications

• Trade Qualified Fitter (Australian recognised)
• Experience in mining, earthmoving, or civil plant maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• C Class Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• A team-first attitude and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
• Perform breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile plant
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Work safely and efficiently within site guidelines
• Liaise with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals
