Job summary

UniSC Careers at the University of the Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated First Nations student to support scholarship initiatives in aged care. You will engage with stakeholders, develop promotional content, and coordinate events while maintaining records and travel arrangements.

The role offers 150 casual hours with flexible and remote work options, reporting to the Healthy Ageing team. You will gain practical experience in stakeholder engagement, marketing, and administration while

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking progress.
• Interest in health, business, marketing, or event management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional events, including morning teas and virtual info sessions.
• Liaise with industry partners, aged care providers, nursing students and RNs to promote scholarships and events.
• Develop promotional materials and social media content to promote scholarships, events and programs.
• Maintain spreadsheets and track progress using Microsoft Excel; coordinate travel for scholarship recipients.
