WhatYou’llBe Doing

You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

You will also:

• Build andmaintainpositive relationships with local employers and community groups

• Develop tailored plans for participantsto create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment

• You will empower participantsby positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers

• Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What you will need

• You mayrequirea current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle, butlet’shave a yarn about that

• Willing to complete a National Police check

• Willing to obtain aMyID(standard level)

• Ability to pass a Working with Children's check

• Eligibility to work in Australia
