Job summary

Epos Now on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Customer Service Agent to guide clients through onboarding and training, ensuring they understand our cloud-based POS solutions and achieve success with minimal friction.

You will collaborate with Training and Sales teams to drive customer satisfaction, deliver effective product education, and support customers from onboarding to adoption in a fast-growing fintech environment.
