Job summary

Mode Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer for an initial 3-month contract in Melbourne. The role offers a daily rate of AU$750, inclusive of super, with Melbourne CBD or Hybrid/Remote options and Australia-only assignment.

Banking/FinTech experience is a must. The ideal candidate will build and deploy scalable backend applications using Node.js and Java, and design microservices with cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Qualifications

:Experience in Banking/Financial/FinTech is a must.
:Proficient in developing and deploying scalable backend applications using Node.js and Java.
:Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures is essential.
:Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
:IaC practices using Terraform are required.
:Familiarity with GitLab Pipelines for CI/CD.
:Experience with MongoDB and Kong API management is beneficial.
