Job summary

Burrows Jewellers is seeking a Customer Order & ecommerce Coordinator for our Mildura store. This role oversees custom-made jewellery orders from enquiry to delivery and keeps the website and online listings up to date. No jewellery industry experience required; training provided.

You’ll work with the Senior Sales Professional and owner, supported by the systems team. The role is on-site, full-time with a two-Saturday-a-month roster and a generous training package.

Qualifications

• Background in administration, customer service, order coordination or ecommerce is ideal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom-made orders from enquiry to completion.
• Keep customers informed at every stage.
• Liaise with designers, jewellers, suppliers and production partners.
• Maintain order records, timelines and documentation.
• Chase outstanding actions before they become problems.
• Manage website products and online listings (Shopify).
• Support pricing descriptions and product imagery on listings.
