Elders Narrogin seeks a Financial Services Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support customers and colleagues with specialist knowledge and provide ongoing training to ensure the branch delivers our full suite of Financial Services solutions.

You will lead the annual branch Financial Services plan, drive sales campaigns, and help grow the deposit book while ensuring AML/CTF compliance and customer-centric service.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in administrative functions.
• Experience within the agricultural or related industries is preferred but not essential.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organisational abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills.
• Experience in a sales-focused environment or within banking and financial services is preferred.

• Undertaking and adhering to procedures for deposits to ensure compliance.
• Assisting customers with Seasonal Finance Products, including own balance sheet lending and third-party lending.
• Refer clients for other Financial Services Products; include Agri Finance, Commercial and Asset Finance, Insurance.

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Services Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Financial Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and colleagues with your specialist knowledge. You will provide ongoing training and guidance to team members, ensuring the entire branch is confident and capable in delivering our full suite of Financial Services solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the branch go-to person for matters associated with all Financial Services Products.
• Provide training and product knowledge to other team members regarding the Financial Services product suite.
• Develop and implement an annual Branch Financial Services business plan to support yearly growth ambitions.
• Implement sales campaigns aimed at identifying client opportunities, across the full suite of Financial Services products.
• Grow the Deposit Book: Assist customers directly with their deposit requirements by providing a one-on-one personalised service including:
  • Opening accounts, maintenance, rollovers and general enquiries
  • Undertaking and adhering to various procedures as part of the operational functions for deposits.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with relevant statutory legislation as required in the execution of operational duties (e.g. AML/CTF).
• Assisting customers with Seasonal Finance Products, including:
  • Own balance sheet lending and lending through third party providers
  • Refer clients for other Financial Services Products
  • Agri Finance loans
  • Commercial and Asset Finance
  • Insurance
