Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Financial Services Industry Driver to translate strategy into measurable momentum, working with internal stakeholders across sector, account and cross-functional teams.

You will identify growth opportunities by analysing client segments, trends and firm strengths, and partner with Account Managers, Marketing, Client Insights and Operations to drive a coordinated market approach from demand generation to conversion.

Qualifications

• Strategic and critical thinking to drive revenue growth and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand financial performance and translate into action.
• Operate effectively in evolving environments and adapt direction to client needs.
• Confident engaging with senior leaders with clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong background in Financial Services.
• Understanding of Banking, Insurance, and Superannuation/Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Financial Services strategy into quarterly business development priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritise growth opportunities using client segments, trends and firm strengths.
• Analyse performance, forecasts, pipeline and account activity to surface gaps and actions.
• Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, Client Insights, Brand and Operations to drive a coordinated market approach.
• Maintain the pipeline and lead regular cadence to improve visibility and data quality.
• Activate the Financial Services community by connecting industry leaders.
• Lead the Financial Services cadence, including annual planning, town halls and reviews.
