Opportunity to join a highly professional Accounting Environment as Manager Financial & Revenue Accounting. Primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements, and ensuring that reports, filings, and documentation complies with the Company’s Act, MERJ, and IFRS reporting guidelines. Responsible for managing the transaction processing and financial close and reporting function within Finance. This role will ensure that proper systems and controls are in place to manage information securely and establish department policies and practices. Will lead a team of financial specialists and revenue accounting.

Candidate must have excellent knowledge of IFRS, audit and accounting principles. Must be of strong character, disciplined and observant and compliant to policies and work standards to ensure revenues are recorded and reported according to established financial standards. Must have good leadership and People management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Accounting certification – ACCA/CMA/CPA
• OR Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with proven years of experience in Financial Reporting and Revenue Accounting.
• 3 – 5 years of audit experience
• Telecom knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, audit, and accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently or in team settings to meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of financial accounting systems, procedures, and functions.
