Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in financial control, reporting or technical accounting.
• Experience in high-growth tech firms or startups is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen the company’s financial control framework.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all financial processes.
• Lead month-end close and internal controls as the business scales.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Deliver clear, insightful analysis to senior leadership.
• Support statutory reporting and audit processes.
• Act as the finance lead for optimising NetSuite ERP and general ledger.
• Provide guidance on accounting treatment for new transactions and contracts.
• Support the development of accounting policies and documentation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Strong experience in financial control, reporting, or technical accounting
• Experience in a high-growth technology firm, or a start-up/scale-up environment is highly regarded
• Familiarity with NetSuite or another cloud-based ERP (NetSuite experience highly valued)
• A process-improvement mindset with the ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working cross-functionally and communicating with senior stakeholders
