Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or equivalent in financial services.
• Experience supervising and developing staff members.
• Strong knowledge of the financial planning process and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the team effectively to create a vibrant, positive, and productive culture.
• Implementing our operational business and marketing plans
• Overseeing the operational functions of the practice, including our business processes
• Supporting the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with licensee and other regulatory requirements
• Supervising and supporting administrative and support staff members
• Liaising with external providers, including our licensee, IT service providers, and our bookkeeper.
• Monitoring and reporting on business performance against plans and budget
