Aware Super in Sydney is seeking a Financial Planner to nurture trusted client relationships, attract and service members, and deliver tailored financial planning advice. This role is based in our Sydney office and requires 3 days per week in the office to meet member appointment requests.

You will prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), adhere to compliance standards, and collaborate with the Client Servicing team to raise the standard of client care and outcomes for our members.

Qualifications

• Licensing to provide personal financial advice as required by the regulatory framework.
• Educational qualifications meeting FASEA standards are expected.
• Industry knowledge and tenure demonstrating depth of financial planning expertise.

Your New Role

At Aware Super, your role as a Financial Planner goes beyond the norm; it's about nurturing trust and ensuring the financial well-being of our members and clients. This role will be based in our Sydney office and will be required to work from the office 3 days per week to meet member appointment requests.

In this pivotal role as a Financial Planner in our fund, you will;

• Cultivate enduring client relationships, effectively attracting, servicing, and retaining clients;
• Engage in insightful conversations, guiding our clients towards achieving their aspirations for a secure retirement;
• Always act in the best interest of our clients, playing the role of an advocate for their financial well-being;
• Serve as a key client-facing member of the Financial Planning Network, offering flexible consultation options to accommodate every client's lifestyle (on-site and off-site, in person, by phone and video conferencing);
• Diligently prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), upholding our commitment to compliance and advisory excellence; and
• Collaborate with our Client Servicing team to elevate the standard of client care, ensuring optimal outcomes for all.
