Job summary

Aware Super, one of Australia’s largest profit-for-members super funds, is seeking a Financial Planner based in our Penrith office. The role requires working from the office three days a week to meet member appointment requests.

You will cultivate client relationships, guide clients toward retirement goals, and act in the clients' best interests while delivering compliant, high-quality financial advice and SOAs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to provide personal financial advice in Australia (FASEA standards)
• Proven client service and relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial planning

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture enduring client relationships
• Guide clients toward retirement goals through meaningful conversations
• Act in the best interests of clients and advocate for their financial wellbeing
• Serve as a client-facing member of the Financial Planning Network with flexible consultation options
• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) with accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Client Servicing to elevate client care and outcomes
