Angle Auto Finance is seeking a Financial Assistance Consultant to support customers in financial hardship. Reporting to the Team Manager, Financial Hardship, you will engage in quality conversations, assess personal circumstances, and recommend sustainable solutions in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

You will connect customers to external support and collaborate with financial counsellors for effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services hardship context preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and guide conversations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with clear verbal and written communication.
• Able to manage time efficiently and multitask with a commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide personalised and timely support to customers experiencing financial hardship.
• Build rapport with customers through compassionate conversations and assess options.
• Assess hardship applications and determine sustainable solutions per policies and regulations.
• Connect customers to external support services as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and ensure quality, compliant interactions.
• Collaborate with financial counsellors to implement solutions and identify process improvements.
