Job summary
Tabcorp is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to shape how technology supports smarter decision-making across financial crime operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Crime Technology, you will translate business needs into practical technology outcomes and help teams prioritise, design and deliver solutions.
You will work with stakeholders, architects, developers and testers, translate designs into Jira stories, drive process improvements, and support backlog prioritisation
Qualifications
- Experience in technical business analysis within complex environments.
- Strong capability in Jira, Confluence and requirements documentation.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with data, reporting and structured analysis.
Responsibilities
- Define business and technology requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate solution designs into Jira stories and epics.
- Facilitate workshops to identify requirements and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and testers to deliver solutions.
- Drive process improvements across financial crime tech platforms.
- Support backlog prioritisation in line with strategic goals.
