Tabcorp is seeking a Financial Crime Operations Manager for the Retail Channel to lead a team of analysts monitoring customer activity and assessing risk across our retail portfolio. You will drive risk outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a dynamic, regulated environment.

The role partners with risk, compliance, fraud and technology teams to strengthen controls and effectiveness, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers and the business.

Financial Crime Operations Manager - Retail Channel

Looking for a role where you can help strengthen how financial crime risk is identified and managed across a major retail customer portfolio? As customer expectations and regulatory scrutiny continue to evolve, you'll play a key role in shaping high-quality risk outcomes, protecting our customers and supporting responsible operations. Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Monitoring and Assessment, you'll lead a team of Financial Crime Analysts responsible for monitoring customer activity and assessing risk across our retail business. Your leadership will help ensure strong risk outcomes, operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Financial Crime Analysts
• Oversee customer monitoring and enhanced due diligence activities
• Manage workflow priorities to achieve service and quality standards
• Review investigations and support consistent customer risk outcomes
