UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Financial Counsellor to join the Financial Resilience and Wellbeing Service in Rockhampton. You will provide confidential financial counselling to individuals and families facing hardship, helping them negotiate with creditors and access support.
This is a full-time, maximum term role until 30 June 2027, 38 hours per week, with a salary of $53.43 per hour plus super and NFP salary packaging.

We are seeking a Financial Counsellor to join our Financial Resilience and Wellbeing Service—a free, confidential service supporting individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, stress, anxiety, mental health challenges, and gambling harm. In this role, you will support those accessing the service to create positive and practical outcomes.
The Financial Counsellor provides professional financial counselling services, assisting individuals and families experiencing financial difficulties.
