CTM, a global travel management leader, seeks a Financial Controller for ANZ to report to the CFO and lead the ANZ Corporate Finance team. You will oversee financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, variance analysis, and statutory disclosures, ensuring P&L and Balance Sheet integrity in line with IAS.
The role requires a CA/CPA with 10+ years in a large firm or corporate, strong leadership, advanced Excel and SAP Business One experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CFO for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and play a key role in supporting the financial performance and integrity of CTM’s ANZ business. You will lead the ANZ Corporate Finance team, overseeing financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, variance analysis, management reporting, statutory disclosures, external audits, cash flow forecasting, tax and treasury requirements. A key focus of the role will be ensuring the integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet, maintaining alignment with International Accounting Standards and delivering accurate month-end reporting within four business days. You will partner closely with Finance leadership, the broader business and onshore and offshore support teams to strengthen financial processes, improve efficiency and leverage technology to deliver better outcomes.
